I remember my first day of going to university. I was on the train from Edinburgh to Galashiels gazing out the window, my eyes would not focus anywhere in particular.
Throughout that semester I would do this journey a couple times every week. Within the first month I developed this colour palette of blue for the sky and rain, brown for the dirt and fields, red for the trees. The train was going at such speed that the colours would blend in a continuous line. I explored this idea of the Autumn Landscapes through print for fashion, knit and weave for interiors.
